Processing & dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of the order being placed.

Customised orders

Customised and personalised products are made especially for you, so please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner.
